Group Support Meetings

Meetings are held several times a year in various locations. The aim is to provide a safe, supportive environment in which to discuss issues concerning relationship breakdown. Each meeting uses a combination of short presentations on particular topics followed by discussion. Sessions can be adjusted to deal with topics of particular concern to those in the group at the time.

Individual Support

Support can be made available on a one-to-one basis within the Stirling area or by telephone. One hour listening sessions provide people with an opportunity to talk through their feelings and situation with a trained listener before deciding whether the Group support course is the best option.
